We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Duties will include performing maintenance, repairs and groundwork in social housing. Repair plumbing systems, conduct assessments and identify problems.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and patience.
• Physical dexterity.
• Trade qualification or completed apprenticeship.
• Experience in Social Housing desirable but not necessary
