£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Due to a 5-year extension on our contract with one of the UK's leading Housing providers, we need to expand our team for this exciting new venture.
Your main duties will be to support the managers and senior administrators with planning all aspects of responsive repair works for social housing. This includes;
Screening calls and taking messages where necessary
Communicating with residents, clients and colleagues
Maintenance of the meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments are fully stocked.
The successful candidate will be/have:
Confident using computers, including Microsoft Office packages
A polite telephone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisation skills
Proactive and able to use initiative
Full UK Driving license and own vehicle (due to location)
