Inclusivity
At Wiggett Group, we believe that accessibility is just as important as health and safety, aesthetics and quality of work. All our engineers have, or are in the process of learning BSL and we have a text-to-speech option on our company issued hardware.
Life at Wiggett is fast-paced, entrepreneurial and highly empowering, however we are all different and respond to the same environment differently. What we’ve tried to do as a business is to provide, certainty, structure and support where we can. Introducing the Well-Being and Mental Health Awareness policy and training Mental Health First Aiders, supports our colleagues, clients and communities when they need it most.

Our work allows us to serve people from backgrounds all around the globe. In order to for us to connect and work effectively, we need employees from different backgrounds and a culture that celebrates those differences.
Wiggett Group added inclusion as a cultural value in 2019 and since then, our team have been building a foundation and sowing the seeds for inclusion to take root within the company. There is more work to be done but we’re committed to make our workforce more reflective of the world we live in.

Breast Cancer Now | September 2020
Wiggett Group LTD raised £3000 for Breast Cancer Now by completing the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike.

Wiggett Group LTD held a football match in aid of SNAP Charity and raised £1500
Breast Cancer Now | May 2022
Reece Wiggett & Dave Redgwell raised £2500 by completing the London Essex 100 mile Ride in aid of Breast Cancer Now

We commit to diversity, equality, equity and inclusivity, to identify the gaps that create inequity, and to develop the strategies that can change experiences, lives and whole communities. When we expand opportunity, we accelerate growth.
Constructive, collaborative and caring. We recognise our role in ensuring our company is rooted in the communities in which we operate through sports sponsorships, community funding and community volunteering.
Reduce – our emissions aligned with climate science and address indirect emissions in partnership with our suppliers.
Retain – nature’s existing carbon storage, protecting ecosystems like forests that prevent carbon from entering the atmosphere and invest in projects aligned with climate science.
Remove – carbon from the atmosphere by restoring and regenerating natural ecosystems. Focusing on projects that advance sustainable livelihoods.
