After receiving an emergency call to a burst water mains on the top floor of this block, we quickly arrived to discover the water had saturated 20 floors worth of electrical equipment.

Promptly, we isolated the power and using our key contacts with our wholesalers we managed to get an out of hours industrial 325kva generator delivered to site providing emergency back up working 24 hours around the clock to provide over 100 residents with temporary power.

Working through the night to get properties back up and running with temporary ryefield boards and sub mains, we were responsible for the installation, replacement and collection of all equipment. Not only did we provide for the electrical needs at Hatton house but we also provided for dietary and welfare needs for all the residents, supplying, water, food and safety equipment showing our strong care for social impact.
