Just like the neighbouring block Cranleigh Court, It was highlighted to us The main ryfield boards within the block supplying power to the residents, was in a dangerous disrepair. We acted quickly in response to this and within a week we had done the relocation of 7 new ryfield boards, new containment and testing and inspection of all 50 flats.

We made the residents our main priority in this project. We worked around their needs taking into account the accessibility, vulnerability and all risk involved with this large scale of works. The residents had only 48hours of partial loss of power in the shut down and with the help of the DNO we safely carry out the transition period.
