Wiggett Group have been awarded a specialist repairs and associated works contract with Clarion Housing Group. The ten-year contract will include roofing and scaffolding in the London and East areas.
The contract is for an initial ten years with the potential to extend for a further five years. Clarion were upfront about their priorities for their services and residents, as well as what they were looking for in a service provider. Providing excellent customer service informed by data insight to drive decision making was critical to Wiggett Group’s success and appointment.
